Race To The Top
Delaware is the proud recipient of $100 million from the federally sponsored grant, Race to the Top. This grant is divided between districts and charters based on Title I formula. Under Race To The Top (RTTT), Colonial has been identified to have 8 high need schools. For more information, please click the link to the right.

About the CEA

CEA is a union of general, special education, visual/performing arts, technology, foreign language, health and physical education teachers, school psychologists, school nurses, librarians, speech/language, occupational, and physical therapists, assistive technology specialist, ESL teachers, student advisors, guidance counselors and teacher-to-teacher cadre, all working to support public education in New Castle.
